Returns Policy & Procedure

All SMK Helmets passes the highest international safety and quality standards as well as strive to provide the comfort that you as our customer should expect from a quality product.

If for any reason, you are not happy with your SMK helmet or is not the right fit, you can return New, unused and unaltered helmet within 30 days of receipt of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging with the tags included.
  • Un-used items that are returned with missing tags or components will be subject to an additional processing fee.
  • You can initiate a return by requesting a return authorisation number. In order to initiate a return request, please complete the form here. Please attach a copy of your receipt to the form. We will get back to you within 5 business days after receiving your submission
  • Once provided, please include your printed return authorisation with the shipment. Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse personnel, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it could take up to 14 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.
  • You have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD cannot be accepted.
