Sales and shipping of SMK Helmets manufactured for markets other than the United States violates applicable United States Federal law and related regulations.
In States where universal helmet use laws require riders and passengers to wear helmets, failure to wear a motorcycle helmet satisfying Federal DOT standards constitutes a violation of applicable State law.
